Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Requested two movers for two hours, showed up 2 hours late and was told they would be sending a third guy to help. Once they arrived I received a text the third guy would have to leave and requested additional $40 to have all three movers help load. One shelf completely broken. The organization of the truck was not well packed as the bed and tv were falling forward as soon as we opened the door to the truck. Will pay more for better service in the future.
These guys were great and I will absolutely use them again if I ever need movers in Austin. They were super communicative leading up to my move date and made me feel very confident that they would be there and get the job done! They ended up finishing faster than we anticipated and it was an amazing experience, and a great price. Definitely use these guys!
